Shipping policy

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed, destination and weight/size of the items.
Export shipments - items which will be sent overseas will need to arrange directly with our sales team.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

AutoGuys ships to physical addresses within New Zealand only. P.O Boxes will not be accepted for delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

AutoGuys is not responsible should any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

AutoGuys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will do our best to assist where possible to place a claim with the carrier. Please notify us within 5 working days of receiving a damaged parcel for making a claim against our carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
